Forecast Weather: There is a chance of showers Thursday and Friday with a 90 % chance for Saturday. The winds will be from the east over the weekend but will only reach 10km on Saturday afternoon. Temperature range from 8 to 24 degrees C.

Murray Cod: (Closed Season) 3 months from 1st September.

Yellow Belly: A week is a long time when planning a fishing trip. The winds have come and gone and are back again. We have had good rain and the barometer has been way down, as has the temperature. The fishing has proven tough for many fishermen at the lower end of Burrinjuck Dam. The lure fishos had a very tough time with very few landing any fish. The bait fishermen seemed to fair a little better for the few that found the right tree with some willing fish. Reports from further up The Murrimbidgee above the top parks were better on Saturday. Trolling small hard bodies such as Predateks along steep edges was doing the job with good numbers of yellows landed. The fishing dropped off on Sunday with the declining weather conditions. With the rising water and the approach of the next high pressure system the fish should once again decide to bite.

Redfin: I did see some good sized fish being cleaned at the tables during the weekend. Still not big numbers being caught but there are some good quality fish amongst them.

Trout: No reports this week.

Silver Perch: No reports this week.

Carp: Catch rates have been down due to the weather but I am sure there are plenty about.

Park News: For those wishing to unpowered camp during the Christmas break, we are now reserving spots in the computer. This will speed up the booking process. It however does not reserve a specific camping spot. We still work on the 'first in best spot' principle.
DJ Ando from Weddings Parties Everything will be playing at the park on New Years Eve from 8pm.
