Water level 29/04/15: 39 %

Forecast Weather: slight chance of showers for the weekend. Less than 1 mm each day predicted Temps between 8 & 16 degrees C with winds up to 28 kmh.

Murray Cod: Only the one report at the office this weekend. Tom from Harden landed a 74cm fish near the boat ramp trolling a Blue coloured hard body. And that was the sole report.

Yellow Belly: We had some good reports from the timber around Cave Island on small yabbies. The Goodradigbee River continues to fish well above Wade Island mainly on bait such as yabbies and shrimp. I have not had any reports from Scrubby or Macey’s areas. At the top end of the dam above Hume Park there has also been some good fishing from the bank using small yabbies.

Redfin: Bait fishing with worms below the new cabins worked for a couple of visitors over the weekend. They were chasing carp but landed quite a few redfin as well. Had no other reports.

Carp: Taking worms and corn. Many carp fisherman are shore based along the park foreshore

Park News: The park has a scheduled power outage Thursday 7/5/15 between 9am & 3pm. The store and office will be closed during this period.
